What happens when the build finishes?
The progress card above will change to “Ready to explore.” Open your store or jump into the design tools. You can try it all before signing in, and your saved changes stay with this store.
What can I try before signing in?
Explore your store and try the product design tools, including artwork, colors and personalization previews. Ordering, sharing and inviting members unlock when you sign in and activate your store.
Will I lose my designs when I sign in?
No. You activate this same store, with your products and saved changes. You won’t need to start over.
Do I collect sizes, names or payments?
No. After activation, each parent selects their own size and color and enters their name and number on supported products. They check their preview and pay for their own order.
How do I choose the right gear?
Check each product’s fabric details and size chart. Print appearance varies by fabric and color. DTG prints have a soft feel, and some color softening after washing is normal. Follow the garment’s care instructions.
When will orders arrive?
Items are made to order. Allow 3–5 business days for fulfillment, followed by up to one week for shipping. These are estimates, so leave extra time before an event.
Can I come back later?
Yes, on this browser. Your preview stays available for at least 48 hours after it’s ready. Unclaimed previews are then removed during overnight cleanup. Activate yours to keep it.
